Build the future with us
We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants more than just running projects – someone who brings structure to complexity, drives real impact, and helps scale a growing organisation.
At our company, you won’t just follow processes – you’ll help build and improve them.
If you’re driven by ownership, structured execution, and making things happen, this is your opportunity.
The role
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will work cross-functionally across production, development, and commercial teams.
You will take ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring they are clearly planned, efficiently executed, and delivered with high quality.
At the same time, you will play an important role in improving how projects are planned, prioritised, executed, and followed up across the organisation.
We value speed – but also structured execution and long-term scalability.
What you’ll do
Own and drive projects primarily focused on product industrialisation, production preparation, and implementation into production — both for internal products and customer projects.
Projects may include:
Industrialisation initiatives
Product development
Product implementation
Production preparation and manufacturing readiness
Production-related development projects
Internal improvement projects
You will also:
Create structure, momentum, and clarity in a growing organisation
Work actively in digital project and planning tools (primarily Zoho Projects)
Align teams across production, development, and sales
Identify risks early and ensure they are managed and mitigated
Follow up on timelines, resources, and project performance
Ensure clear communication, transparency, and traceability
Contribute to improving processes, workflows, and ways of working
Who you are
You’re not just a project manager – you build structure and drive execution.
You:
Bring structure where others see complexity
Take ownership and ensure things move forward
Are comfortable navigating environments where not everything is fully defined
Have a technical understanding (preferably from industry/production)
Work in a structured and data-driven way
Communicate clearly and professionally
Professional working proficiency in Swedish is required.
Bonus if you have:
Experience from manufacturing or industrial environments
Worked close to production or operations
Experience from a scaling or growing organisation
Why this role matters
You will play a key role in:
Creating clarity and structure across projects
Improving project execution and delivery quality
Reducing bottlenecks and inefficiencies
Increasing transparency and traceability
Enabling the organisation to grow in a structured and sustainable way
In short: you make execution reliable and scalable
What we offer
A key role in a growing company
Real ownership and impact
A pragmatic and fast-moving environment with high ambitions
The opportunity to help build structure—not just maintain it
